Service Description

This is a mobile Loan signing services. The Location for appointments are TBD at time of booking. Appointments can last between 45min - 1.5hrs. A flat $35 Travel fee is due before appointment is confirmed. You will receive a separate email to complete booking. The Loan Signing service fee $175 will be due after loan funding. Cartwright Notary will coordinate with your escrow officer, real estate agent or loan officer.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule please contact us with 24 hours of appointment. Any last minute cancellation may be subjected cancellation fee of $35.
